
Q: Do you ship overseas?
Yes we do. However, online shopping system is for USA customers only, for customers outside US, please place your order by email to order@tutufantasy.com Let us know in the email which item you want to purchase and your country (including zip code), we will let you know what your shipping charge will be.
Q: What is your shipping and handling charge?
Shipping charge varies for different type of merchandise, you can view the charge by adding it to the shopping cart. Shipping is free for purchase of $200 or more.
Q: How long should I expect my item to be shipped?
We usually need 1-2 weeks (or sooner) after receiving your order to ship out your handcrafted items (we use USPS Priority Mail). For items which are non-handcrafted non-custom made, it will ship out in 2-3 business days. Please note that since our products are ship from different locations, it might come to you in multiple shipments.
Q. What is your return/cancellation policy?
Handcrafted tutus are delicate, no warranties or refunds are given for wear and tear.
Most of our tutus are custom made to order, we do not accept return unless it is defected upon arrival. Please contact heidi@tutufantasy.com if you have problem with the item you received.
You may cancel your order within 6 hours after the order has been placed. After that, no cancellations are accepted.
Q. I need to place a rush order, what is the policy?
We will try our best to accommodate rush orders. If you need the item within 2 weeks, please email Heidi at heidi@tutufantasy.com before you place the order. We need to make sure we can accommodate your request.
Item needed for less than 2 weeks from the ordering day will incurred a 10% rush fee.
Q. Do you sell wholesale?
Thank you for your interest, we currently only sell retails.
